Hi, I´m gonna explain how I bough some camera strap from a chinesse seller with the alias "coobuyhere" that never receive.
On january 26th, I bough the strap. for 45,99 US Dollars.
In the first days, I got confirmation that the package was sent and I asked for a tracking number.
They gave me a tracking number from Singapore mail ( they never told me that it was Singapore mail even though I asked a few times where I can paste the tracking number that they gave me)
After 3 weeks or so, I started getting nervous cause I didn´t receive it yet, so I check the tracking number and realized it hadn´t been despatched from singapore yet.
I contact the seller and told me:

The item was shipped out Jan28. It need 2-6 weeks
to
transit normal, Sometimes delay by customs or postal error,
don't
worry,you will receive this item soon.
If you don't receive the item
after wait more while,please tell us.We
could refund the whole money to

I trusted him, and that was my mistake....
after the 6th week that was supposed to be the deadline.. the package was still in singapore... I contact the seller and he asked me for one more week after that, he will send me another item or full refund.
I gave him the week and still the same.. I asked him to send me another package and he told me that he already send me another one a few days ago..
I suspect that was for gaining time, since he couldn´t know if I would prefer the refund.
I asked me for the tracking number and he told me that singapore doesn´t have racking number...
How is possible that in the first time there was tracking number while in the "supposed" second one there wasn´t tracking number... that kind of confirm that he never send another one, it was just to gain time.
Anyway, I gave him hope and dind´t want to think about it, so I waited for another 6 weeks, after that I never receive nothing, so I asked the seller for my refund as he told me.
Then again.. after a fed days without responses excuses...
On May 6th He told me that he had a problem with paypal and they refund me as soon as they fix it...
I think is there any problem with paypal, they don´t take more than a few minutes to fix it cause each minute paypal can fail, they can lost thousands....
Anyway.. I still am waiting for my refund, I send the seller an ebay message caliming for my money but don´t get any answer or refund....
